1. Colleagues, Subordinates and Superiors: Who Are They?



  • Colleague: usually working peer with same level.
  • Subordinate: working peer with level lower than yours.
  • Superior: working peer with level higher than yours.

3. If You Want To Command Your Subordinates To Do Something:
